Before a student can enroll for the program in the college, they must provide proof that they have a high school diploma or its equivalent. They must also undertake a placement exam as well as pass microbiology, human anatomy, physiology and biology college level courses with a minimum of grade C in all the subjects or higher. Students must score at least an average of a 2.5 or higher in all the courses. They take courses in fundamentals of nursing, introduction to pharmacology, psychiatric nursing, human anatomy and physiology during the LPN training.
